Annual Dues

Lake Providence Homeowners Association dues are $200 per year. 

Dues are billed in April of each year and are due on May 15.

Annual Dues are used to pay for the continued upkeep and beautification of our neighborhood, for entryway and island maintenance, for community and social programs, and for communications programs to keep us all informed of Neighborhood happenings.

Without your support we could not continue to maintain Lake Providence as one of Union County’s and Metro Charlotte’s premier communities.
